Pressing and maceration at 10°C. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature (< 25ºC). Maceration on the skins. Part of the wine is made using carbonic maceration. Malolactic fermentation. Dissolved oxygen control for an optimum fruit.
Fresh and juicy, with aromas of strawberries and fleshy cherries. Velvety soft tannins and elegant length.
